Confession

There's a saying that goes... Confession is good for the soul. We Christians believe that we are to confess and repent of our sins to experience true forgiveness. It is not that God will forgive us only if we truly confess and repent. Well... ok, that statement is not entirely true. We are not to take God's grace and love for granted. But true confession and repentance is good for our inner being... for us to be free from guilt... guilty conscience... so that we will not doubt that God has truly forgiven us. The devil likes to play tricks on us... putting in us seed of doubts e.g. causing us to question whether God has forgiven us. When we ourselves have truly confess and repent of our wrongdoings, our conscience is free from guilt couple with the fact that God has forgiven us by the death of Jesus on the cross... nothing will make us doubt that we are a forgiven child of God and that God, our heavenly Father, has blot out our sins.

Why am I into this? Well... I have a confession to make.

This was my foot on the 3rd day I was in Manado...

and this was my foot on the 4th day I was in Manado...

I actually wanted to take a photo of my foot now but I have not charged my camera battery yet. Ok... honestly my foot's so much better now but I just don't understand why it is still wee bit swollen. It is like a routine... morning when I wake up, the foot looks normal, slight swelling on the ankle and by evening the whole foot swells up slightly (i.e. compare to morning whereby it is just the ankle) Sigh...

Oh yeah... in the beginning I didn't want to blog or tell my parents about it 'coz I have been lectured (and nagged) by many to see a doctor and my parents will definitely ban me from diving. Aniwei... I have at last blogged (and send photos of my Manado's trip to friends and told my mom about my sprained ankle. But I told her that it is not serious at all.

Why I pecah tembelang especially to my mom? Because my bro will definitely let it slipped out of his mouth sooner or later. How did my bro find out? Well, he came and took me out for dinner on sunday and I tried concealing but... sigh... the rest is history...
