I have decided

I have decided to do the following:-

1. Lose 10 kgs in 2 weeks =pp but seriously I need to lose them weights before my gastronomic affair with Taiwan. Sigh... Doc said I have to lose 5 kgs to be well =(( I am bringing it further to losing 10 kgs because I am gonna put on 5 kgs when I go to Taiwan.

2. I am gonna start exercising soon. Can't do so now because... well, answer this question... what is more painful than diarrhoea and menstrual cramps together? Yup... terrible terrible. I know it is not as painful as after bypass surgery. I heard it is really painful when breathing especially when pain killer does not work =(( Of course also not as painful as labour pain. But seriously, the combination of stomach pain and cramps now is enough to knock me out pretty soon... and definitely can't exercise... uuurggghhhh.. pain pain

3. I am gonna stop FB-ing from my handphone!!!! Ai yorr... I didn't know it cost me so much! My phone bill!!!! No no... am not going to go 3G-ing anymore on my HP. I know I can do it... I know I can... ok.

4. Oh yeah... me got to drink at least 3 litre of water every day... sigh... ever heard of water poisoning? I hope not because I kinda have a feeling I am gonna have it one of these days =(( But doc said to drink 3 litres of water otherwise... ok... me health result was not that good. Suppose to do another urine test but because of my menses, can't do lor... so have to wait till when I come back from Taiwan. Hopefully, good news... otherwise 3 litres of water principle stays and probably some medicine... ewwwwww.... me hate taking medicine =((( sniff sniff... me hate seeing doctor *full stop*!

5. Anyway... doc also said I need to sleep early i.e. by 11pm =(( ok... that's another 10 more minutes before I switch off this computer and all lights and TV... ooops... I still need to brush teeth and 2 more glasses of water... actually 3 litres about 12 glasses and I have only been doing 8 glasses since doc's diagnosis. Really will get water poisoning leh...

6. Oh yeah... me got to cut down on meat and more vegetables and fruits... well, have been doing pretty well in this area. I wonder if rojak buah is ok... should be ok, right? Still fruits mar... with some peanut sauce and sugar and chillies and belacan.. and dark thick soya sauce... hehehehe...

ok ok... me got to go... stomach really pain pain...
