I am having the so called stomach blues. Come to think of it... my weird "blues" symptoms started quite early i.e. since the time I stepped into the office. It's not just the stomach... =/
8.40 am Arrived in office
8.45 am Got ready to have breakfast (bought fried mee hoon outside the LRT station)
8.47 am Started work on my trademark files (forgot all about my mee hoon)
8.50 am Realised that I am suppose to have breakfast... so shoved my files aside but before starting on my mee hoon, gave some instructions to one of the girls to do something for me (trademark file) i.e. cutting the bromide artwork (the fella who sent the artwork late yesterday evening has conveniently left the artwork uncut... duh)
9.00 am Succumbed to the lure of coffee... & decided to make meself a mug of coffee
9.10 am Approving the work of my clerk...
9.15 am Shouted from room going "OH NOOOOOOO...... Lin, buat salah sudah....=(( " First symptom of "blues"
9.17 am Scrutinised and analysed the cut artwork... because the artwork have to be of certain measurement. Phew.... thank God it's ok otherwise me have to pay out of my own pocket... RM100
9.30 am Prepared all the letters and thereafter vouchers for registration of the trademarks (3 of them). Before preparing the voucher, asked the accounts girl... got money, what colour voucher to use?... she said green.
10.00 am Accounts girl came into my room and asked .... What colour of voucher did I say if there's money in the file? I said green. And she showed me the voucher I have used... darn... blue! Second symptom of blues (am colour blind)

- 1pm Work work work... and phone calls after phone calls.... and signing of letters and documents (need to find someone to invent a signing machine for me =p)
2.00 pm Colleague Vijay came back to office and showed me all my vouchers... and the Stat Declarations which I have asked him to take for affirmation... He asked... "What date you want to put?" And I gave him this "why are you asking me this kind weird question" look... and answered him... "of course today lar... 19th Sept!" And then he told me in a "fatherly" and "unclely" manner... "My dear, today is the 18th". And then of course now everyone in the office told me.... "Ms. Lina... all your letters and documents you gave us this morning... were dated tomorrow as well. Are you ok?" Third symptom of blues
2.20 pm Very bad stomachache.... Fourth symptom of blues and First sign of stomach blues =((
2.30 pm
- present Feeling very blue =(((
And yar... my morning coffee is still on my table... turned to iced coffee....
